As a company that offers dementia care, Home Care for the 21st Century’s dementia trained staff are able to care for your loved ones with early, middle or late stage dementia in the safety of their home. Our Director of Nursing or RN will assess and coordinate a personalized care plan to meet your loved ones needs. Your care needs may change every day, so our staff are trained to be patient and flexible to adapt to the different situations that may arise. According to the Alzheimer’s Association

An estimated 5.8 million Americans age 65 and older are living with Alzheimer's dementia in 2020. Eighty percent are age 75 or older. One in 10 people age 65 and older (10%) has Alzheimer's dementia. Almost two-thirds of Americans with Alzheimer's are women.
